Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Feral Goddess purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Free of stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with the original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We'd be happy to help.

Size exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund once your return has been received and approved.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items marked Final Sale

  • Any item noted as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
